Timber sizes are dictated by structural span tables and will vary according to design.
Options & Upgrades
Wall Logs may be upgraded to 8" thick. (Custom sizes also available by request). Second Floor Timber sizes may be upgraded for aesthetics.
Roof System may have heavy timber trusses with mortise & Tendon joinery. (Maybe dictated by design.)
All Standard building materials may be purchased locally by owner or general contractor. These items are not provided and are not included with package pricing. These items include but are not limited to:
